Job Summary:
As a Tech Support Analyst, you will be the systems champion, providing Level 1 & 2 support to our users. You will be responsible for improving our systems, software, and processes while also acting as a trainer to enhance user competence. This role requires a proactive individual who is eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Systems Champion
- Provide Level 1 & 2 support to users, addressing and resolving systems-related issues promptly.
- Ensure systems are accurate, efficient, and aligned with business needs, facilitating smooth operations.
Improve Systems and Software
- Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions using appropriate systems and technologies.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn new technologies and explore options to streamline processes throughout the organisation.
Recognized Trainer
- Communicate best practices and advocate for correct user behavior to enhance system utilisation.
- Conduct monthly training sessions for both new joiners and existing staff to improve their technical skills and system knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in tech support or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving systems and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an accessible manner.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
