Responsibilities:
Effectively leads the team of SA’s, manage SA’s performance, set weekly/monthly targets
Acquire new retailers from demanded area in given territory
Maximally utilize the potential of the area of responsibility (achieve targets, grow sales)
Visit POS twice a week, maintain good relationship with dealers, solve their inquiries
Control of quality of sales performance, drive quality initiatives
Control and manage sales points efficiency
Execute risk control to drive out fraud
Recruit, train necessary skills and sales techniques for SA
Shift planning for SA (max staff during weekends and high season)
Check the compliance of SA follow the Company’s regulations about working at POS
Periodical meeting with SA
Manage POS supplies (POS marketing materials, POS equipment)
Prepare regular reporting with ASM/RSM. Tracking sales reports and analyze daily data
SA coaching & mentoring to achieve productivity
Qualifications:
Graduate of 2 or 4 year course, any field.
With at least 5 years of work experience in Sales (open to do field work)
With good to excellent communication (in both writing and oral) and management skills
With strong drive to achieve goals, sound planning, logical execution, leadership and people skills
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Powerpoint)
Highly analytical with good business acumen and relations
With good moral character and high level of professionalism and integrity
