  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Manager at New Flavor House, Inc. located in Malabon, Metro Manila. The Manager will be responsible for leading the research and development team, managing projects, and providing team leadership on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
  • With at least eight (8) managerial level capacity in a food manufacturing industry
  • Strong Research and Development (R&D) skills
  • Experience in product development for me flavors formulations
  • Project Management and Team Leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of flavor chemistry, food processing techniques and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
