  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

As a Senior Accountant, you will leverage your expertise in accounting to oversee essential financial functions. This includes leading month-end closing procedures, managing journal entries, conducting detailed transaction analysis, and ensuring meticulous intercompany reconciliations. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance within our dynamic, multi-entity environment, supporting our organization's financial health and strategic initiatives. The Senior Accountant is expected to have some leadership experience overseeing other accountants.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Perform general accounting tasks, including preparing and posting journal entries.
  • Manage and execute month-end closing processes.
  • Analyze transactions and perform account reconciliations, including intercompany accounts.
  • Participate in special projects within the finance department to support various initiatives.
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of annual audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for financial objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Accountant.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA or equivalent a plus
  • Knowledgeable or have experience with US GAAP.
  • Supervisory or managerial experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with US Accounting.
  • Experience and proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel are required.
  • Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is considered an asset.
  • Experience in an international company, multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
  • Experience in transaction analysis, account reconciliations, and intercompany accounts.
  • Excellent organizational skills, enthusiastic, upbeat, and positive with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a "self-starter" with a can-do demeanor and a serious desire to have a positive impact on the client.
  • Must be able to work independently, quickly acquire new skills, and drive tasks forward without constant supervision.
