Role Overview:
HRD TRAINING ASSISTANT
Ilaw Atbp. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Assistant to support our HRD Team. As a Training Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our training programs. You will handle clerical tasks and administrative support such as logistical support, preparing training materials, and assisting with learner communication.
Responsibilities:
- Logistical Support: Schedule training sessions, manage travel arrangements for trainers and participants.
- Material Preparation: Prepare and distribute training materials, including handouts, presentations, and assessments. Ensure all materials are accurate, up-to-date, and readily available.
- Learner Communication: Respond to learner inquiries via email, phone, and in person. Provide support with registration, access to online resources, and other training-related issues.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain training records, track attendance, process invoices, and manage expenses.
- Technology Support: Assist with setting up and troubleshooting technology used in training sessions, such as projectors, audio equipment, and online learning platforms.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Enter training data into databases and generate reports on training participation and outcomes. Creating and analyzing feedback forms to produce reports on the training outcomes
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training processes and procedures.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the HRD Manager
Qualifications:
- 4 years course Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a training or education environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Training Needs Assessment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems quickly.
