As an Operations Supervisor, you are part of the Operations team, the center of our business. Within the role you get the chance to be the administrator of multiple teams. You will work closely with team managers to ensure each team is operating to the highest standards for the client. You would be a company ambassador representing Conectys and the project. Responsibilities:
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee schedule changes, address unplanned absences, and ensure optimal work assignments to maintain performance standards.
- Implement Operational Frameworks: Execute account operational plans, capacity planning, and operating hours as agreed with the Project Manager.
- Ensure Compliance: Disseminate process-related information to the team, ensuring adherence to both Conectys and Client processes and policies.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with stakeholders and support departments to ensure team-level compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Plan and Coordinate Activities: Organize activities for yourself and your team, considering individual needs and responsibilities, while aligning with the overall action plan.
- Monitor Progress: Regularly track progress towards objectives, and prepare reports for clients and superiors in line with contract data and Conectys standards.
- Identify and Mitigate Risks: Detect weaknesses, risks, and problems, and develop and implement prevention and recovery strategies.
Requirements:
- A C1 level of English (both written & spoken)
- University Graduate
- Min. 9 months of experience in a coordination role within the BPO sector or min. 3 years of experience in a coordination role
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel
- Be available to work from the office in Iloilo
