Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To be multi-functional equipped with skills in reception and cashiering operations. Guest Services Agents are also trained in different areas of basic hotel operations such as Guest Relations, Concierge, Reservation, F&B, etc.
  • Ensure that all registration cards of check-in’s are properly and accurately updated in the computer system.
  • Ensure that all foreign exchange transactions are inputted in the system and are issued corresponding receipts.
  • Ensure that the cash float is balanced and accounted for the end of each shift.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions.
  • Ensure that all city ledger check-outs are with complete supporting documents.
  • Ensure that all foreign exchange transactions have been inputted in the system and all have been issued corresponding receipts.
  • Ensure that all endorsements to the next shifts are made clearly in the endorsement logbook.
  • Resolve traces in the computer.
  • Ensure that the cash float is balanced and is accounted for the end of each shift.

  • Continuous learning through own IDP.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or any relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year in related capacity
  • Have excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
