In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing the client's creative visions to life. You will work closely with the Sr. Creative Director and collaborate with a diverse team of designers, photographers, videographers, and marketers to create compelling visual content for various digital and print media.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing for eCommerce, paid ads, social media, email marketing, packaging, PowerPoint presentations, and event marketing assets. You will also work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and more that align with the client’s brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Create visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and infographics that effectively communicate complex ideas.
  • Create compelling visuals for paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Design engaging content for social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency and appeal.
  • Craft visually appealing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Design packaging that reflects the client’s brand identity and resonates with the client’s target audience.
  • Execute event marketing materials that enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from various brands, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and cutting-edge.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and maintain a high standard of quality.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 or more years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relative graphic design work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Expert in photo manipulation and other standard graphic design duties.
  • Proficiency in industry standard office software such as Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.), Zoom, and Slack is a must.
  • Must read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Ability to adapt to the client’s brand guidelines when creating designs.
  • Experience in designing for eCommerce, paid ads, social media, email marketing, packaging, PowerPoint presentations, and event marketing.
  • Strong conceptual and visual skills with the ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity.
  • Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual designs.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple branding projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, as well as work independently.
  • Understanding of the target audience and market trends, especially in the relevant industry (e.g., beauty, health and wellness).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
