Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for copywriting that sets the tone and style in all communications, ensuring it adheres to brand standards.
- Develop press releases and help in distributing to media contacts.
- Monitor the news pick-ups and tracks the monthly PR values on glossies, broadsheets, TV and online channels.
- Oversee and answer the online review sites such as TripaAdvisor, Google My Business, Agoda, Expedia, Booking.com, Rakuten, Ctrip, etc.
- Support the Director of Communications during hotel events in managing media coverage, entertainment arrangements, and documentation.
- Support the Director of Communications in inviting media contacts and content creators for hotel feature and social media promotion.
- Provide communication support to Dusit Lifestyle and other departments.
- Manage the digital presence of Dusit Thani Manila by maintaining the hotel information on online channels to be always correct, updated and consistent with the brand messaging.
- Manage and secureaccess to all online accounts of the hotel.
- Plan and curate the monthly content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc., making sure that all pillars receive equal exposure on social media.
- Create monthly Meta ads and provide reports to monitor its performance.
- Handle the social media inquiries through monthly tracking sheet, coordinate the leads to other departments and monitor its conversion.
- Responsible for managing and updating the content (images and text) on the Dusit Thani Manila website.
- Assist in preparing the monthly digital budget and updating of the Marketing Calendar.
- Directly coordinate with the Corporate Marketing/Dusit Digital Lab for all the digital and marketing initiatives through weekly cluster catch up and marketing webinars.
- Continuous learning through own IDP.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.

- Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Dust Internet and E-mail policy. Ensure Hotel, Customer and Staff information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.
- Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Public Relation, Mass Communication or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Possess a quality to establish strong media and social connections.
- Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
- Have good communication skills in written and spoken English
