We are looking for Head of Project Management to lead strategic initiatives in our CRM projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects aligned with business objectives, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. This role is instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence in a highly regulated and dynamic financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the project management framework and governance model.
- Align project portfolios with organizational goals and drive key banking/remittances initiatives.
- Oversee the execution of CRM-related projects from initiation to closure.
- Ensure projects meet scope, budget, and timeline while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive project milestones, manage escalations, and mitigate risks effectively.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators.
- Conduct resource planning and optimize utilization to ensure efficient delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, compliance, and business units.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulators.
- Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies in project management.
- Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and adaptability to market changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 10 years in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in managing CRM projects preferably in a financial institution or technology-driven environment.
- Well-versed in Agile Scrum and people management
- Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in project management tools and able to manage multiple high-impact projects
- Open to working in a hybrid set-up
