Job brief:

As a Facebook Media Buyer you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Facebook Ads campaigns.

Our Ads Managers are able to quickly assess an account, develop a strategy to improve results for the key metrics, and most importantly implement and improve on that strategy over time through testing.

Your focus will be to own the day-to-day management of advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be interested in learning email marketing, landing page optimization, conversion optimization, as well as gaining a deep understanding of multi-channel digital strategies.

You’ll have expert support in these areas, but you must be willing to dig in and contribute your knowledge as part of a team effort to drive client results. You’ll work with a fully remote team, using WeCom, WeChar, Asana, and other tools for project management and daily communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business strategies to raise our online customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Deal with all issues that arise customers (complaints, grievances etc)
  • Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
  • Additional online store manager duties as needed

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant field
  • 3 - 5 years experience working in a start-up is preferred but not required
  • FB Ads Management Experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strategic thinker
  • Networking aptitude
  • Great multitasking skills
  • Attention to details
