Bigo Live-Philippines-Agency Manager(Manage streamers in Australia&New Zealand market)

Job Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our ANZ – ABM Operation Team as a Agency & Broadcaster Coordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in Agency and broadcaster management and event coordination while supporting vital functions that drive our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

l Talent Sourcing: Identify, screen and onboard qualified agencies and broadcasters to further develop a diversify pool of talents.

l Agency relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned agency clients for related inquiries and issues. Develop a deep understanding of each agency's strength and weakness, painpoints in operation, provide feasible solutions and advice to improve agency's performance.

l Case Tracking: Record any important feedback or inquiries from agencies, ensure all cases are being resolve in a timely manner.

l Performance Analytics: Develop a comprehensive understanding of agency and broadcaster's performance metrics and provide key insights to support operations in optimizing impact on BIGO platform

l Streaming educational material production: identify popular streaming behaviour in-app or from market trend, produce educational material for broadcasters, enrich and improve.

l Event support: design and launch different types of host/agency events that fullfil the purpose of improving overall satisfaction of the stakeholders. Conduct event review based on data provided to further improve event mechanism.

Qualifications:

  • BS or Master degree in business administrative, management.
  • Strong account management skills, acting as a bridge between BIGO and Agency & broadcaster.
  • Proficient skills in designing materials.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft office sets, capable organizing sheets and tracking data
  • Candidate with experience in livestreaming industry and events will receive priority consideration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional Attention to details and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Efficient multitasker with strong desire to work in fast-paced environment.
