We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with 8+ years of experience in the Pathological Diagnostics industry to drive sales growth and business development. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales forecasting, KOL/KBL management, and acquiring new business in a multinational healthcare company.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Forecasting & Performance Management: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, ensuring targets are consistently met.
KOL/KBL Management: Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Business Leaders (KBLs) to identify trends and new business opportunities.
New Business Acquisition & Partnerships: Lead efforts to acquire new laboratory tie-ups, outsourcing opportunities, and partnerships with community healthcare centers.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster relationships with doctors, community labs, and healthcare organizations to enhance brand presence and business opportunities.
Strategic Sales Leadership: Provide leadership to the sales team, formulating and executing strategic plans to achieve sales, margin, and market share targets.
Negotiation & Business Development: Lead negotiations and manage contracts, business development initiatives, and sales strategies across regions.
Market Insights & Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends, utilizing insights to adapt strategies and drive growth.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 8+ years in Sales & Marketing within the Pathological Diagnostics or healthcare industry.
