- Primary responsibilities include handling the full set of accounting functions
- Preparation of monthly journal entries to record the company expenses related to employees into the company General Ledger
- Preparation of monthly account reconciliations with an understanding of the underlying details
- Ensuring that the balance sheet reconciliations are up to date, easy to understand and that historical items are cleared in a timely manner
- Analyzing month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter variances of the relevant payroll accounts
- Provide audit schedules, support, and liaise with respective counterparts and external auditors regarding statutory reporting
- Management of all governmental responsibilities such as BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG
- Completing special projects and identifying areas for improvement as required
