Job Description

The role of Senior Analyst – Performance & Analytics provides data-driven intelligence to support marketing and performance optimizations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a segmentation product solution and regularly produce the resulting insights to help drive client performance improvements. Leveraging a wide variety of tools, data sources and industry reports to deliver insights is a core element of this position. Additionally, you will help translate the strategic value of the technical approaches leveraged to communicate measurable business value to the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce and incrementally expand analytic solutions to provide business value on a monthly cadence
  • Support process improvement and quality control for key deliverables
  • Support data repository quality by sourcing and validating new data assets
  • Develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, and goals
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting to generate insightful business recommendations
  • Exercise strong communication and project management skills, escalating obstacles when necessary

Preferred Skills:

Education and Experience:

  • Highly accountable data professional with 2-5 years of analytic experience in an Agency or Marketing environment
  • Ability to develop and execute a model or analysis in at least one of the following (Excel, Adobe Analytics, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with cloud Data Science platforms (e.g. Azure Databricks, Jupyter, Anaconda)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with at least one Data Science environment (Azure Databricks, Jupyter)
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Required proficiency in MS Programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Data Science, or Marketing
