Job Description
The Visa Rules, Compliance and Standards (RCS) team establishes operating principles and enforces common interoperable rules and standards for our products and services by which clients must operate their Visa programs within the ecosystem.
This is an Individual Contributor role, primarily to derive analytic insights into client and team performance and prepare regular reporting. This role will design and monitor objectives and key results (OKRs), create detailed reports and dashboards, and generate insights to inform strategic decision-making. The position will work independently under limited supervision and partner with stakeholders and RCS Leaders from across the globe.

- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across RCS systems
- Working closely with different stakeholders to gather relevant information for management reporting
- implementing reporting tools and dashboards to provide real-time tracking of OKRs
- Interpreting data trends and identifying areas for improvement for RCS
- Conveying complex data in a clear and actionable manner using visualizations and summaries for easy stakeholder understanding.
Qualifications
Basic Qualification
- 2 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or 0 years of work
Preferred Qualification
- Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau or Power BI) a must
- Exceptional analytical skills and comfortable with handling large data sets and

- Ability to effectively work under pressure, self-challenging and adhering to tight
- Ability to set priorities and manage expectations, and work both as part of a team
