STERRY Limited is looking for an E-commerce Manager for a remote support setup. The candidate should be a well-rounded professional who excels at both digital marketing and operational management, with a strong focus on data analysis, customer experience, and remote team leadership. Having technical skills, project management experience, and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions is key to thriving in this role.

  • Experience in E-Commerce Management
  • Years of experience: Typically, 3-5 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, including overseeing digital sales channels, optimizing product listings, and managing online stores (e.g., Shopify)
  • E-commerce platforms expertise: Proficiency in managing and optimizing popular e-commerce platforms like Shopify
  • Sales strategy development: Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, product pricing strategies, promotions, and understanding customer behavior to drive sales
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Knowledge of optimizing product listings and content for search engines to improve organic traffic and visibility
  • PPC Advertising (Pay-Per-Click): Experience in running paid ad campaigns through platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram/ TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, and other relevant digital advertising tools

  • Project management tools: Proficiency in remote collaboration and project management tools like Trello. The e-commerce manager should be capable of organizing workflows, managing deadlines, and assigning tasks to team members across different time zones
