What Are We Looking For

Multiplymii is in search of a Product Support who will be working with our client based in Chesterfield, Michigan. They are an eCommerce retail brand management and operational logistics specializing in Parts, Accessories, and Apparel within the Outdoor Power Equipment & Powersports Industries.

In this role, you are dedicated to addressing and resolving customer concerns with care and attention, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Your goal will be to assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Beyond your experience, we are also seeking a candidate who exemplifies qualities such as being organized, decisive, and detail-oriented. Additionally, we require someone who possesses impeccable written and verbal English communication.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

  • Communicate with customers to provide product support and resolve issues for their powersports and lawn/garden parts and products questions.
  • Utilize various contact channels, including but not limited to email, website live chat, and phone to communicate with customers.
  • Proactively identify and escalate recurring customer product support issues to the Customer Service Manager, collaborating to analyze trends and recommend solutions for improved efficiency
  • Act as the subject matter expert to assist internal customer service representatives with product support related questions.
  • Maintain knowledge of new and existing parts and products, warranties, and services offered by all company brands and websites.
  • Monitor incoming customer feedback and report any emerging trends or recurring issues
  • Stay up to date on product support information and training to ensure internal procedures remain current and are effectively followed
  • Uphold personal key performance indicators, such as First Response Time, Average Handle time, and Quality driven metrics, to satisfy business service level agreements with our customers.

About You

Core qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience working in a Product Support role or equivalent experience working in a customer service role in the outdoor powersports/power equipment industry is required.
  • Ability to multitask between different systems.
  • General understanding of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Sites.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex business problems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • C2 Level English Proficiency
  • Get-it-done attitude and approach.
  • Thinks independently with a strong understanding of priority and time management.
  • Ability to manage the remote model and the impact it has on day-to-day operations, including the ability to facilitate virtual meetings successfully.
  • Ability to read schematics and/or technical drawings.

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, E-desk).
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
