Job Duties And Responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- Spearheads and facilitates quality and continuous improvement across processes and initiates a culture of operational excellence across the organization
- Creates comprehensive execution plans and cost estimates that meet clients’ KPIs
- Oversees all operational aspects of a project
- Closely coordinates with Account Managers/Business Unit Director regarding any administrative and logistical support that the project requires
- Ensures executional excellence and cost efficiency
- Conducts periodic evaluation/feedback of activities with the team
- Plans training and motivational programs needed to enhance quality of staff
- Ensures all operational documents, forms and materials are complete and correct
- Checks accuracy of receipts, disbursements and liquidations
- Monitors all financial movements of department
- Prepares statements on financial condition of each project assigned to the department
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Extensive leadership experience in various types of below-the-line activities across different channels, including brand activations, manpower deployment, and product sampling
- Equipped with strategic and analytical skills
- An effective communicator and can partner in managing clients and project stakeholders
