Key Duties
Recruitment Strategy Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Stay informed about industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in the talent market
- Source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Offer guidance on best practices for selection and onboarding processes.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) for accurate documentation and reporting
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify improvement opportunities and enhance the hiring process
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters, fostering growth within the recruitment team
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in a senior or specialized role.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
