The HR Officer shall be responsible for assisting in analyzing, recommending, or implementing processes in relation, but not limited to Retention, Compliance, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee & Labor Relations and other related HR programs and policies of TDG’s Corporate Center and TDG Plus Companies. He/she shall ensure that HR related guidelines, standards and processes are administered accurately and on a timely manner.

- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- At least 6 months in Compensation and Benefits administration or at least 1 year as HR Generalist
