The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, hardworking, and driven individual to join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will report directly to the CEO. This is a Full-Time Contract Remote opportunity based in The Philippines. In this role you will recruit for roles across engineering, finance, operations, clinical, and more. You’ll collaborate with others on the talent team and internal teams to define hiring requirements, schedule interviews, and be an integral part of the recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to actively identify and engage qualified candidates for open roles. Develop and sustain a strong talent pipeline to support both immediate and future hiring needs.

Interview Coordination

  • Coordinate and oversee the interview process, facilitating smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by keeping them informed, engaged, and supported at every stage.

Pipeline Management and Reporting Metrics

  • Managing the internal pipeline of applicants and reporting in Greenhouse (ATS) and helping to improve hiring efficiency and progress.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • You’ll work alongside the talent team and partner with other departments such as finance, legal, expansion, growth, and empower.

The Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or sourcing
  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
  • Experience working with ATS systems like Greenhouse
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work US EST Hours from 9AM to 5PM
