Job Purpose:

The Quality Lead provides expertise in deploying LSS projects and serves as the internal project coordinator and consultant supporting the workstreams and functions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least LSS Yellow Belt Certified and proven Experience using the DMAIC/FOCUS PDCA model in a manner that aligns with Six Sigma principles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in science, technology, or medical fields
  • Experience in Healthcare Quality Management is an advantage.
  • Action orientation, creativity, proactivity, and critical thinking
  • Skills in tracking and producing key metrics and developing strategies to increase efficiency.
  • Ability to consistently apply the concept of continuous improvement.
  • Ability to drive projects end-to-end and excel with minimal technical supervision, while embracing reliability constraints and proactiveness
  • Advanced Microsoft Office: MS Word, MS Powerpoint, and MS Excel
  • Deep understanding of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): data gathering, data storage and methods of data sharing
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedule, holidays, and weekends.
  • Must be willing to work and relocate in Clark, Pampanga

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Driving business efficiencies and partnering closely with different department to identify requirements, analyze potential gaps and opportunities for improvement and automation and make improvement recommendations to be executed based on agreed plan of actions.
  • Helping evaluate, plan, develop and implement business processes and policies through analysis, experience, and employee input.
  • Leading and/or supporting identified improvement efforts through all stages of the basic Six Sigma process — including FOCUS PDCA and/or DMAIC across Emirates Clinic, while providing leadership and guidance for the people who are involved in the project such as process owners, subject matter experts or technology specialist.
  • Working closely and collaborating with other Quality Team and process owner to gather and analyze detailed information about the proposed process changes/improvements and the impact of the functional designs on the affected workstreams.
  • Ensure that corrective, preventive and improvement actions are documented, tracked and its effectiveness is evaluated. This can include subjects raised/agreed during top-level management reviews.
  • Establishing the Continuous Improvement Program for workstreams and functions and implement performance metrics and frequent performance reviews to ensure transformed processes remain in controls, deliver on expectations, and continuously improve.
  • Perform related duties may be assigned
