Responsibility / Requirement:

Content Creation and Copywriting:

  • Develop compelling and brand-aligned copy for newsletters, blogs, website updates, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather insights and create engaging content.
  • Ensure all written content reflects the company’s brand voice and guidelines.
  • Avoid over-reliance on AI-generated content, ensuring personalisation and authenticity.

Campaign & Social Media Management

  • Set up and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Regularly post on social media platforms and engage with the audience.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, optimising for engagement and conversions.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Event Communications & Promotions

  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns for fundraising events, corporate partnerships, and community initiatives.
  • Create and manage transactional communications (invitations, confirmations, updates, thank-you messages, rider newsletters).
  • Ensure seamless coordination of marketing efforts before, during, and after events.

Child Sponsorship Communications & Engagement

  • Write and manage communications for child sponsorship updates, ensuring sponsors remain engaged and connected.
  • Develop newsletters, progress reports, and personalised content for sponsors.

Impact Reporting & Storytelling

  • Collaborate with our homes in Thailand to collect data, stories, and testimonials for impact reports.
  • Create compelling reports and content showcasing the organisation’s success, growth, and donor impact.
  • Develop infographics, case studies, and digital assets to illustrate the impact of initiatives.

Marketing Collateral Development

  • Work closely with our graphic designer to create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and fundraising materials.
  • Write copy for marketing collateral to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with branding.

Website & Content Calendar Management

  • Update website content to reflect campaigns, initiatives, and donor engagement efforts.
  • Maintain and manage a marketing content calendar, ensuring timely and coordinated execution of all marketing activities.

Position Specific Skills / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on content creation and digital marketing.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong understanding of brand identity and voice.

Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics). Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.

Hard-working, proactive, and collaborative, able to work with a team across multiple locations.
