  • The Corporate Planning Officer is primarily responsible for providing support in the areas of research, documentation, administrative work and fulfilment of reportorial requirements. He / She is in charge of performing the administrative functions of the department.
  • Conducts researches assigned by Corporate Planning Managers as inputs to various feasibility studies, reports, Economic Bulletins and Economic Briefing reading materials.
  • Provides administrative support during preparation of reports
  • Assists in the preparation for the Group's Annual Stockholders' Meeting.
  • Assists in organizing the Economic Briefing, from pre to post event activities.
  • Assists in the preparation of Strategic Planning Kits.
  • Files, organizes and maintains records related to Corporate Planning. Ensures that these are well-kept, organized and secured at all times.
  • Provides administrative support for special projects and tasks.
  • Makes recommendations for improvements of systems, processes and procedures within his/ her scope of authority
  • Assists during various company and group-wide events

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year Management / Business-related course
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, PDCA skills and interpersonal skills
  • Have 1 year experience in business or corporate planning is preferable
