Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Maintenance:
  • Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers to understand their logistics needs and business goals.
  • Communicate regularly with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the company's services and to address their questions and concerns.
  • Customer Satisfaction Management:
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, collect feedback, and take steps to improve the customer experience.
  • Assists in resolving customer complaints to ensure issues are resolved promptly and to prevent future issues.
  • Business Re-development:
  • Drive increased sales and business growth by developing a deep understanding of customer needs and identifying cross-sell and upgrade opportunities.
  • Work with the sales team to develop account maintenance plans to ensure long-term stability and growth of customer relationships.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze customer data to understand customer demand trends and behavioral patterns.
  • Generate regular reports on the progress of customer maintenance and business redevelopment.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Logistics teams to ensure customer needs are met and provide a consistent customer experience.
  • Participate in internal training and knowledge sharing within the company to continuously improve the team's comprehensive capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or professional background in related fields.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build positive relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Have good problem-solving and decision-making skills and be able to quickly respond to various challenges and customer needs.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports, and be familiar with using office software and customer relationship management tools.
  • Applicants with certain work experience in logistics or related fields will be given priority.
  • Good team spirit and self-management skills.
