As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring successful transitions and the

organization by managing the people side of change.

Your primary responsibility will be end-to-end change management - impact analysis,

and implementing the change activities to ensure stakeholder adoption. You will be supporting activities that will ensure smooth implementation of new processes, systems, and structures across the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct impact analysis to determine effects of organizational change

- Support the design and delivery of communications, trainings, and stakeholder engagement activities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess readiness and identify resistance

- Track progress and gather insights on stakeholder adoption of changes

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 3 years relevant experience

- Very good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong facilitation and presentation abilities

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

- High level of empathy and good understanding of the people side of change

- Experience in system implementation and project management is a plus

- Experience in change management, organizational development, and/or business process analysis is an advantage
