  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Your Role:

As a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - INTERNAL SUPPORT AGENT, you will:

  • Enter orders received by Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and email.
  • Respond to Web requests.
  • Answer customers' technical questions about Metaltech products by email.
  • Complete Metaltech quotations.
  • Simple plan readings.
  • Work closely with the engineering and logistics team.
  • Check order status at customers' request.
  • Process RMA (damaged products, customer remorse return, wrong product and/or quantity received, lost order…).
  • Participate in team meetings.

What You Need

Non-negotiables
  • Office 365 Suite - Mandatory
  • Customer service oriented
  • Like numeracy and be able to calculate
  • Reading of simple plans (an asset)
  • Minimum two years' experience in office work or customer service.

  • Autonomy
