As a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - INTERNAL SUPPORT AGENT, you will:
- Enter orders received by Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and email.
- Respond to Web requests.
- Answer customers' technical questions about Metaltech products by email.
- Complete Metaltech quotations.
- Simple plan readings.
- Work closely with the engineering and logistics team.
- Check order status at customers' request.
- Process RMA (damaged products, customer remorse return, wrong product and/or quantity received, lost order…).
- Participate in team meetings.
Non-negotiables
- Office 365 Suite - Mandatory
- Customer service oriented
- Like numeracy and be able to calculate
- Reading of simple plans (an asset)
- Minimum two years' experience in office work or customer service.
- Organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent memory
- Autonomy
