Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to expand market share and grow client asset size. Achieve annual revenue targets and objectives.
- Client Service & Trade Execution: Directly handle client requests and instructions, including trade processing and resolving operational inquiries. Confirm client orders via recorded phone lines (SGB).
- Account Opening & Client Onboarding: Assist clients with investment account opening applications, providing guidance, disclosures, and explanations. Support client categorization (e.g., professional investors) by collecting necessary documentation and confirmations.
- Investment Product Sales & Advisory: Execute the investment product sales process, explaining product features, risks, fees, and other relevant information to clients. Conduct suitability assessments to identify and prevent the sale of unsuitable or mismatched products, escalating as needed.
- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures related to investment product sales and client interactions. Obtain required acknowledgments and confirmations from clients to fulfill disclosure requirements.
- Market Research & Product Development: Stay informed about market trends, investment products, and services. Provide input for new product development based on client needs and market opportunities.
