Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with company goals.
•Analyze financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
•Provide financial forecasts, variance analysis, and recommendations to management.
•Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
•Maintain compliance with local tax regulations, financial laws, and corporate policies.
•Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and tax filings.
•Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial liquidity.
•Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit risk and currency exposure.
•Ensure effective treasury and fund management.
•Analyze operational costs and identify areas for cost reduction.
•Optimize pricing models, contract terms, and financial efficiency in logistics operations.
•Implement financial controls to prevent fraud and inefficiencies.
•Collaborate with senior management and operational teams for financial decision-making.
•Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
•Provide financial insights to support business expansion and investment decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
•Certified Public Accountant
•5+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors.
•Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
•Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
