Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Duty Manager role located in Aklan. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of service. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and coordinating with other departments for seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in hospitality or related field
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
