Responsible for complete oversight, financial administration and reporting of its

subsidiaries. This involves overseeing financial reporting, government contract

management, general accounting and inventory control. The position is part of the

Executive Management Team which helps develop the organization’s short- and

long- term strategic and operational objectives

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all day-to-day accounting and finance functions, including

inventory control activities, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing,

payroll, inventory, vendor relations and government vouchers

  • Developing and monitoring organizational annual operation budgets and

cash flow budgets, as well as long- range, capital, and other special budgets

as required

  • Assisting divisional and department heads regarding their budgets and other

financial data as needed

  • Preparing accurate and timely monthly financial reports on behalf of the

Chairman, President, and the Board of Directors

  • Develop short- and long- term goals and objectives
  • Managing the relationship with external auditors to ensure the timely and

accurate completion of annual audits, tax reports and other financial

information

  • Negotiating, monitoring and maintaining government contracts and other

binding contracts or agreements

  • Developing annual goals and objectives for the Accounting and Finance and

Inventory Control

  • Reviewing current inventory control procedures make recommendations,

implement and monitor

  • Conducting research, cost analysis, and evaluation for contracts, business

plans, and other feasibility studies

  • Hiring, supervising, developing and evaluating staff
  • Maintains relationship with banks and other financing institutions regarding

credit facilities and other finding needs of the Group

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Certified Public Accountant

 Ten years of progressively finance experience, five years managerial

 Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, finance, accounting

Knowledgeable In

 The principles, methods and practices of governmental budgeting, accounting

and auditing.

 The approved principles and standard practices of centralized, computer-based

accounting, auditing, treasury management and revenue and business license

administration.

 The laws affecting finance administration

Has The Ability To

 plan, organize and direct the work of the Finance Division

 supervise, train and evaluate assigned staff

 deal effectively with the representatives of various public and private agencies

 prepare and present oral and written reports

 Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
