Are you the one we’re seeking?

We need you to join us as a Data Verification (Outbound Calls). In this role, your main task is to spend 95% of your time on the phone, calling businesses to verify and update their information. Your daily results will be recognized with earnings that help you achieve your full salary potential.

What you’ll do

• You will dedicate 95% of your time to making outbound calls to businesses to confirm and validate emails from the list provided by our data team each day.
• Your job consists of maintaining constant communication with clients and the data team to ensure that all the data is accurate.
• You’ll be handling objections from the people you made the outbound calls to, so you need to be persuasive and professional.
• You are required to assess whether emails are valid or invalid based on your outbound calls and report any issues you find.
• You will be in charge of ensuring all email lists are verified, updated, and accurate every day.
• You need to strive to meet daily and monthly KPIs to showcase your excellent performance and enjoy rewards that enhance your earning potential.

What you Need:

• Telesales Experience: You bring at least 1.5 - 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or HR, especially in roles where you spend a lot of time on the phone.
• Strong Communication Skills: You can demonstrate your ability and adaptability to communicate effectively and handle objections well.
• Attention to Detail: You are able to exhibit a keen eye for accuracy and detail in all your tasks.
• Self-motivated: You are positive in showing strong self-discipline and can work independently in a remote work setting.
• Organized: You have the skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently with your strong organizational skills.

Your Remote Work Requirements:

Tech Setup: You will need to ensure you have a reliable internet connection, a good laptop, and are familiar with Skype, Teams, and mobile devices for making calls.

Focus: You have to keep your focus sharp and productivity high during work hours.

Team Communication: It is important for you to be proactive and regularly keep in touch with the team to ensure data remains current and relevant.
