About The Role

As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and cost-efficient international shipments. Your responsibilities will focus on managing import customs activities, validating freight and logistics invoices, and conducting cost analysis and reporting to optimize supply chain expenses. By collaborating with freight forwarders, distribution centers, and internal teams, you will help drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings in the end-to-end shipping process.

About The Team

The Supply Chain team manages the entire logistics journey—from production at our suppliers' locations in Asia, Europe, and the Americas to inventory management and final delivery across multiple sales channels. These include e-commerce marketplaces, direct-to-consumer platforms, and brick-and-mortar retail distribution. The team is dedicated to streamlining operations, optimizing costs, and ensuring timely, seamless product availability across all channels.

What you will do:

  • Perform shipment consolidation planning (LCL/FCL) & coordinate and execute booking arrangements.
  • Proactively interface and ensure effective coordination with freight forwarders, distribution centers, planning and procurement teams.
  • Manage E-2-E shipment lifecycle from shipment consolidation, booking & exception handling until delivery.
  • Centralized documentation management like CIPL filing, container track & trace, invoices validation & reporting.
  • Support freight cost negotiation and vendor performance evaluation.
  • Support on other projects/tasks by the team.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in International Trade/ Supply Chain or equivalent
  • With 1-2 years work experience in the logistics industry, experience in import/export customs compliance & invoice validation will be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills internally and externally to achieve the objectives
  • Proficient communicator, written and oral in both English and Chinese, preferred
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership to meet deadlines, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work as a team member
  • Strong data processing ability, good command of Google Sheet/Excel.
