Position: Enrollment & Payment Coordinator

Location: Central Luzon

Work setup & shift: Remote | Mid Shift

Your Role

As An Coordinator, You Are Responsible For

  • Processing enrolments forms (raising invoices) and taking payment (sending out payment links/ bank information/ calling delegates) - using Blink and Worldpay
  • Adding new companies to the Agent’s system (when required for invoicing purposes)
  • Adding portal access and sending out Joining Instructions to delegates
  • Updating deferred delegate access for each cohort
  • Liaising with faulty ahead of their lecture to obtain their lecture material.
  • Uploading lecture notes and recordings onto the learning platform
  • Adding lectures/ tutorials/ python labs/ math’s support sessions to the calendar on the learning platform
  • Adding on exam extensions for delegates
  • Creating and submitting lecture VILT request to recordings team
  • Setting lecture reminders emails on Marketo
  • Processing deferrals requests as and when they come in.
  • Assisting with the graduation process - creation of results letters/ certificates/ adding graduates to alumni listing
  • Processing textbooks orders for all delegates
  • Wilmott Forum - requesting forum access for delegates.
  • Wilmott Magazine - collating delegate addresses
  • Answering delegate queries - email/ calls/ Zendesk
  • Ad hoc projects as directed by the CQF Senior Programme Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in general admin support (database management, data entry, email management, phone support, etc.)
  • High accuracy and attention to details.
  • Work at a fast pace, ensuring quick turnaround times.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Experience using Zendesk, Blink, Wordplay is a plus.
  • General invoicing experience is a plus.
