As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and visual design. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user experiences across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
· Conceptualize innovative ideas to develop creative solutions that meet business goals and objectives
· Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
· Develop sitemaps to define information architecture.
· Organize content effectively for optimal user comprehension.
· Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize user flows and interactions.
· Apply usability heuristics and accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive design.
· Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for various platforms (mobile, tablet, desktop).
· Develop high-fidelity mockups and visual designs that adhere to brand guidelines and best practices.
· Create and maintain design systems of reusable components for efficient development.
· Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Design or related field preferred
· Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and process
· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe XD
· Experience with After Effects for motion design is highly desirable
· Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
· Basic understanding of front-end development principles to ensure design feasibility
· Ability to design effective graphs and charts for data visualization, demonstrating an understanding of how to present data clearly and accurately
· Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Strong comprehension skills.
Willing to work onsite with a 9AM - 6PM or 10AM - 7PM schedule, Mon to Fri.
