Responsibilities
- Provides assistance to Property Admin Department OIC for the operational requirements in NCR sites of Pioneer Insurance & Surety Corp.
- Ensures that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition by conducting a regular inspection, implement a preventive maintenance and undertake corrective maintenance.
- Tracks and communicates work request status and completion for the assigned site.
- Coordinates with internal and external tenants on their various technical requirements and ensures that fit-out plans are reviewed and implemented in accordance with the approved Construction and Fit-out Guidelines.
- Recommends improvement plans for inclusion in OPEX and CAPEX budget, implements energy conservation measures and ensures that utilities of internal and external tenants are timely recorded and processed for charging.
- Prepares/reviews plans, estimates, the scope of works for various projects
- Monitors progress of requisitions and coordinates with various support departments to ensure commitments are met within target timelines.
- Monitors all safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability for the property
- Involves in preparation and delivery of presentations and technical briefings, testing, verification, and validation processes as well as scheduling and as-built documentation.
- Acts as Pollution Control Officer and/or Safety Officer.
- Facilitation & compliance with all requirements of LGU and other authority covering the assigned site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in engineering (electrical/mechanical/civil) course or its equivalent
- With at least 5 years work experience in facilities management
- Experienced in vendor and contract management
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, & other Microsoft Office applications)
