Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Conducts routine overall system check of the entire facility.
- Execute needed repair and upkeep tasks including but not limited to lighting, desk and office keys, lavatory,
- pedestal, lateral cabinets, work stations and chairs.
- Schedule repairs with trade vendors for air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing as necessary.
- Review and monitor janitorial and vendor services to a specific set of performance standards.
- Conducts minor corrective and preventive maintenance of company property and equipment
- Assists and coordinates in the Preventive Maintenance activities of third party service providers to building facilities and equipment
- Prepares and implements preventive maintenance programs for all equipment. Orients contractual personnel on the specifications of all equipment and maintenance programs.
- Prepares and implements fire safety standards and procedures for the property. Ensures that fire hazards in the property are eliminated.
- Monitors and records all utilities consumption to see if daily consumption is still within budget.
- Provides inputs for innovations, minor, major and capital expenditure projects of all projects and monitors its implementation.
- Participates in the preparation and development of housekeeping requirements of the property.
- Provide technical assistance to company events.
- Maintains inventory of building supplies, workplace gadgets and equipment including spare material inventory control and recommend disposal of items.
- Accountable for all decisions, actions, and directives with respect to job responsibilities.
- Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement as well as performance of in-house janitorial and skilled workers.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
