The Sr. HR Officer - Recruitment is responsible for implementing the end to end recruitment process of the company. He/She is responsible for the successful placement of talents on all approved manpower requirements and in ensuring that other recruitment-related services are delivered effectively.

  • Regularly performs various sourcing activities and initiatives
  • Screens and interviews candidates based on required competencies and qualifications
  • Serves as Online Testing Administrator, generates test links for candidates and online results for requesting party
  • Provides regular and timely updates to hiring managers, participates in calibration meetings, communicates challenges/recommendations
  • Coordinates interview schedules with candidates, hiring managers and third-party providers
  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of recruitment reports and regular updating of applicant trackers
  • Informs qualified candidates or “near hires” of pre-employment requirements
  • Ensures that all recruitment databases are always updated.
  • Facilitates and conducts reference check, background checks and onboarding of successful candidates

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related courses.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Strong command of English both oral and written
  • Highly organized, multitasker and has the ability to handle multiple requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be productive with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
