As an Assistant Manager for Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our healthcare services' efficient and effective operations. You will oversee and manage various operational aspects, including client support services, staff management, process improvement, and compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities:
- Defining, implementing, and revising operational policies and guidelines for the organization
- Developing and executing new growth directives.
- Working with the human resources department to create job descriptions, hire competent personnel, and oversee employee training programs.
- Working with the human resources department to develop and implement staff evaluation parameters.
- Liaising with departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide operational compliance.
- Keeping track of the company’s revenue margins and conducting budget reviews to maximize profits.
- Overseeing client support services.
- Managing procurement and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (+3 years) from the same role, within the healthcare industry in a BPO setting.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, extended working hours, and/or holidays, as required.
- Willing to work on-site in Eastwood, Quezon City, or Ortigas, Pasig City.
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Proven knowledge of performance evaluation metrics in a business setting.
