- Works with and supports the Division President in setting/creating medium- to long-term operational and financial strategies in line with the business plans of the Division (and the MCs under the Division)
- Facilitates and co-leads with the Division President in the Business Planning process of the Management teams under the Division/assigned MCs.

- Optimization and management of TDG companies
- Advisory role on investment evaluation & contract negotiations of member companies
- Management of office leases
- Leads, manages and oversees the development and achievement of key performance metrics (financial, operational, marketing, sales, etc.) in the Division and among the Member Companies in the Division
- Makes recommendations for changes as needed and ensures that relevant policies, systems and procedures are instituted in the Division/MCs to create relevant and innovative business solutions
- Monitors the effectiveness of existing management methods and processes in order to continually improve or enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- You are a graduate of Information Technology, Management or Business (Masters in Business Administration or Masters in Management) or Any 4-year Management or Business course
- + 8 years relevant industry experience gained from a company with similar/diverse businesses
- Must have excellent skills and experience in:
- Business Development
- Client Management
- Business Negotiation
- Sales/Marketing
- Financial Planning
- Has handled major business projects, programs or initiatives geared towards revenue growth, and the development and execution of business/sales/market plans
- Have successful track record in working with an Executive Committee/Board of Directors with the ability to cultivate relationships, including persuading, convening, facilitating, and building consensus among diverse individuals or groups
