Job Description
- Support the management on business strategies and planning across categories vs. market and regional objectives
- Drive improved collaboration between Business Development and Marketing Teams on: campaign direction alignment, visibility optimization, deal quality assurance for Mega Campaigns
- Conduct cluster/category analysis and formulate insights based on data
- Define and implement strategies to improve overall categories’ performance on Mega Campaigns
- Help develop & roll out initiative projects across departments, track their progress, and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Optimize working processes by identifying potential pain points, proposing solutions, and rallying buy-in of respective departmental stakeholders
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management/related fields
- At least 3 to 5 years in Marketing data analysis & project management
- Strong working knowledge & speed in Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication & writing skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to upper-management
- Driven, detail-oriented, willing to learn & thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Amendable to work in The Podium, Mandaluyong City
