CMI, has a unique remit in the PH Business Development team that works to enable cross-functional departments (Category Management/BD + Marketing + Business Insights) in working efficiently across sitewide goals and initiatives.

Job Description

  • Support the management on business strategies and planning across categories vs. market and regional objectives
  • Drive improved collaboration between Business Development and Marketing Teams on: campaign direction alignment, visibility optimization, deal quality assurance for Mega Campaigns
  • Conduct cluster/category analysis and formulate insights based on data
  • Define and implement strategies to improve overall categories’ performance on Mega Campaigns
  • Help develop & roll out initiative projects across departments, track their progress, and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Optimize working processes by identifying potential pain points, proposing solutions, and rallying buy-in of respective departmental stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management/related fields
  • At least 3 to 5 years in Marketing data analysis & project management
  • Strong working knowledge & speed in Excel
  • Excellent analytical, communication & writing skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to upper-management
  • Driven, detail-oriented, willing to learn & thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Amendable to work in The Podium, Mandaluyong City
