About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our team in managing events, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience with CRM management (specifically ActiveCampaign), including email marketing and automation. You will also be providing admin support to various executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management:
- Managing event checklists, including pre-event preparation, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-ups.
- Handling event logistics, including venue booking, material coordination, and attendee communication.
- Inviting attendees, exporting registrant data, and tagging for CRM integration.
- Managing LinkedIn event invitations, downloading registrant data, and tagging within the CRM.
- Conducting post-event analysis, including attendance tracking and reporting.
Data Management:
- Data cleansing and CRM (ActiveCampaign) updates, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Updating CRM with registrant details, ensuring proper list segmentation and onboarding email automation.
Email Marketing & Automation:
- Creating and managing email marketing campaigns within ActiveCampaign.
- Developing and implementing automated email sequences for onboarding, follow-ups, and other communications.
- Tracking email performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for engagement.
Admin support
- Arranging travel for executives
- Manage calendar and inbox
Website Management:
- Updating website content, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
- Managing website dates and event calendars.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with ActiveCampaign CRM, including list management, tagging, automation, reporting, and email marketing functionality.
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing automated email campaigns within ActiveCampaign or similar platforms.
- Strong data entry and data cleansing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and basic website maintenance.
- Experience in arranging travel and accommodation, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a resourceful approach to challenges.
