- Analyze and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive financial information
- Adapt to evolving business needs, potentially taking on additional administrative tasks such as email management
- Proactively identify and resolve financial discrepancies, maintaining the integrity of the company’s financial records
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in construction finance and bookkeeping
- Proven expertise in QuickBooks, with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- In-depth understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and their application in the real estate and construction industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and contractors
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Proficiency in general office software and willingness to learn new technologies as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about financial data
