VMG Digital is seeking a proactive and client-focused B2B Account Manager to deepen client relationships, identify growth opportunities with our LinkedIn platform clients, and attract new LinkedIn advertising partnerships. This role will focus on key verticals such as Financial Services, Technology, Education, and other high-potential LinkedIn advertiser industries, driving strategic value and measurable success for clients and VMG.

As a pivotal member of the team, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success (Marketing and Client Services) to position VMG as a trusted and strategic partner in the B2B advertising landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Client Growth & Revenue Development

  • Uncover growth opportunities for LinkedIn platform clients and expand VMG’s role in their business strategies.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and LinkedIn partners.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling potential.
  • Develop tailored strategies that showcase VMG’s expertise in LinkedIn and/or other advertising platforms, closely aligning with client goals.
  • Use consultative selling skills to understand client needs, address challenges, and recommend VMG services that add value.
  • Stay abreast of LinkedIn platform developments and industry trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Effectively negotiate and close new business opportunities, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering proactive communication to understand and address client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and propose strategic, results-oriented recommendations.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Operations, Sales, and Client Success, to deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure seamless execution of solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services, preferably in a B2B or digital advertising environment.
  • Experience in LinkedIn Advertising is highly desirable

  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and grow client accounts through upselling and cross-selling.

  • Knows how to create visually compelling and strategic client decks using tools such as Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Canva.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems like HubSpot to track client activities and progress.
