We are a fast-growing business looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) with expertise in Media Buying. Our primary focus is on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Native Advertising, and we need a data-driven, results-oriented professional to help optimize and scale our ad campaigns while handling administrative and research tasks.

Role Overview:

This role combines administrative support and media buying. The ideal candidate is experienced in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns while also being highly organized, proactive, and business-savvy to assist with various marketing and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Media Buying & Campaign Management

Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, and Native ad platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, etc.).

Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale ad campaigns to maximize ROI.

Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate detailed reports.

Research and implement new strategies to reduce ad costs and increase conversions.

Stay updated with the latest advertising policies, trends, and algorithm changes.

2. Administrative & Marketing Support

Manage email communication, schedule meetings, and organize files.

Conduct research on competitors’ ad strategies and industry trends.

Assist in writing ad copies, creating content briefs, and working with designers.

Set up tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM parameters.

Monitor ad spend, invoices, and budget allocations.

3. Business Growth & Strategy

Identify opportunities to optimize ad spend and scale winning campaigns.

Assist in lead generation strategies and customer acquisition efforts.

Provide insights on audience behavior and market opportunities.

Collaborate with the team to develop new offers and funnels that improve conversions.
