  • Addresses all ISO QMS concerns/ needs of TDGI and TDG MCs.
  • Spearheads necessary projects to attain TDGI’s ISO goals and objectives as assigned by the President / Deputy Chief Quality Officer.
  • Conducts training programs for TDGI employees about ISO concepts/ tools/ Quality Policy; orients new employees in ISO concepts/ tools/ Quality Policy and the like.
  • Reports to the President / DCQO all concerns with corresponding evaluation or recommendation/s related to quality initiatives.
  • Leads the identification and initiation of Quality Improvement Projects to address Quality Needs and Objectives of TDGI and TDG MCs.
  • Monitors the progress of QITs to ensure compliance and attainment of desired targets and align it with group-wide objectives.
  • Spearheads the nurturing of the desired Quality Corporate Culture in TDG.
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering or Management Course
  • At least five (5) years experience in ISO(QMS), Risk Management, Internal Quality Audit
  • Background in EMS, ISMS, OHSAS, performance / improvement methodologies, i.e., Six Sigma, PQA Excellence Criteria, Benchmarking, etc.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
