- Addresses all ISO QMS concerns/ needs of TDGI and TDG MCs.
- Spearheads necessary projects to attain TDGI’s ISO goals and objectives as assigned by the President / Deputy Chief Quality Officer.
- Conducts training programs for TDGI employees about ISO concepts/ tools/ Quality Policy; orients new employees in ISO concepts/ tools/ Quality Policy and the like.
- Reports to the President / DCQO all concerns with corresponding evaluation or recommendation/s related to quality initiatives.
- Leads the identification and initiation of Quality Improvement Projects to address Quality Needs and Objectives of TDGI and TDG MCs.
- Monitors the progress of QITs to ensure compliance and attainment of desired targets and align it with group-wide objectives.
- Spearheads the nurturing of the desired Quality Corporate Culture in TDG.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering or Management Course
- At least five (5) years experience in ISO(QMS), Risk Management, Internal Quality Audit
- Background in EMS, ISMS, OHSAS, performance / improvement methodologies, i.e., Six Sigma, PQA Excellence Criteria, Benchmarking, etc.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
