Primary Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience in tenant/application screening
- Screening rental applications and preparing contracts, agreements, and any documents related to the property
- Reviewing all pending applications
- Sending follow-up emails/texts and calling applicants if they have pending documents that need to be submitted to assess their application
- Preparing the application summary
- Consolidating all documents submitted by the applicant
- Monitoring leases set to expire and notifying the manager
- AppFolio
- RingCentral
- DocuSign
- Google Docs
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate/Property Management Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and contracts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining a high level of productivity
