Role Overview:

The Corporate Service Head is responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative, operational, and support functions within the organization. This leadership position ensures that corporate services run efficiently, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance corporate services and internal operations.
  • Lead and manage a team of service managers, administrative staff, and operational teams to ensure high performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align corporate services with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide vision and direction for corporate service activities, including facilities management, corporate events, and internal communication.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of corporate services, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage key business services such as facilities management, office supplies, employee services, and equipment maintenance.

Budgeting & Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage the budget for corporate services, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed to control costs.
  • Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all corporate services.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment for employees and visitors.
  • Implement policies and practices that promote a positive workplace culture and employee well-being.

Other tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience: Has proven experience in corporate services or facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations.

Skills and Competencies:

· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve goals.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with senior management and external stakeholders.

· Expertise in budget management, financial reporting, and resource allocation.

· In-depth knowledge of corporate services functions such as facilities management, procurement, and vendor management.
