Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or other related fields.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in field sales, specification management, or a similar role in the building materials or construction industry.
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel for fieldwork and site visits.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Ability to clearly present product specifications and technical details.
- Fieldwork: Comfortable with and willing to perform frequent site visits and engage directly with clients, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of product specifications and the ability to convey technical information clearly and accurately.
