  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Specification Executive is responsible for promoting and ensuring the specification of Wilcon products across a range of institutional projects. This includes collaborating with developers, contractors, architects, and designers to integrate Wilcon products into project specifications. The role involves presenting Wilcon products to key decision-makers, preparing detailed specification sheets, and fostering strong, long-term relationships with institutional accounts. The Specification Executive will focus on meeting specification targets, providing expert technical support, and ensuring that Wilcon products are properly specified for each project. This position requires frequent fieldwork, site visits, and ongoing interaction with clients to ensure that specifications are maintained and projects proceed according to plan.

Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in field sales, specification management, or a similar role in the building materials or construction industry.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel for fieldwork and site visits.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Ability to clearly present product specifications and technical details.
  • Fieldwork: Comfortable with and willing to perform frequent site visits and engage directly with clients, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of product specifications and the ability to convey technical information clearly and accurately.
